“We stayed at Maytenus (Blue house) for 3 nights in the 3 bedroom unit. The place is spacious, safe, quite and comfortable. Patricia and Pablo were very kind and very accommodating to all our requests and also very helpful with the area. This place is only about 15 mins walking distance to Charles Darwin Research Station or into town. If you prefer taking taxi, it's convenient and only $1.50 flat fee to/from anywhere in the area. This place is like home away from home.”

“When we, 4 adults with 3 children, arrived, the house was occupied by others. And the owner said she doesn't know abour the ad-article published at expedia.com saying that maybe it would be one by hackers to pick-up the money from my credit card. We had to find another hotel.”

Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. “Es una casa muy grande, segura, limpia, ordenada, tiene varios detalles bonitos y esta cerca del mulle y todos las actividades (agencias de turismo, restaurantes, tiendas de souvenirs, supermercado). Su terraza es impresionante con vista increíble hacia al mar. Su personal es muy amable y contestan casi inmediato, también hacen limpieza diaria como en los hoteles. Ideal para pasar con familia y/o compañía de amigos.”

“The staff is exceptional! We stayed in a really large room upstairs. It was great. Just the shower might need remodeling. There is no air conditioner so if you are prone to mosquito bites... you'll definitely be bitten. I would recommend they add a mosquito net around the bed. This location is about a 15 minute walk to downtown, which if you like walking and great weather this should be totally fine. since we did the walk every day we actually ate at local restaurants were so good!!
