Cute Casita
Loved the casita. It was colorful, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items, bathroom supplies and dishes. Great location! You can park your car there and walk to town for museums and meals.

Clean cozy and comfortable well furnished accommodations 10 minute walk from historic plaza. If you like traditional housing in a historic area this is a good choice.

Winter Vacation
Great location on a quiet street, but close enough to walk to the Plaza and downtown ( even in the snow)! Everything we needed and very comfortable. Wonderful place to stay with our dogs. We’ll definitely stay with you again!

Perfection!
Park your vehicle! Walk to nearby fabulous restaurants, the Georgia Okeefe Musuem, and the Plaza! The Railyard district is just a short drive away if your need to find more great restaurants and more shopping. This 2B/2B adobe home has it all! Fully and completely stocked for your needs. Looking forward to the trip down to Santa Fe and staying here.

A relaxing night in Santa Fe
The house was exactly as described. We were excited to see the fireplace and log for us to use. The location is perfect - near everything but in a quiet section of town. The host was very good at communicating information. We certainly appreciated her availability and openness. Mary Ann let us know that she wouldn’t be cleaning the property until later so we could take our time checking out. We didn’t stay much later, but her generosity was appreciated and it was nice to know we could take our time. Also, the sheets on the bed were amazingly soft!

Small but mighty
This 2 bedroom/2bath is small but comfortable. Don’t let the size fool you, it is cozy and warm. It was clean and perfect for our little get away. Mary, the host, sent us instructions so accurate and complete that checking in was a breeze. The most important part of this listing is the location. We arrived on Saturday, parked our vehicle and didn’t use it until we left on Tuesday. Everything you need is within walking distance; restaurants, downtown, and bars. Definitely going to stay here again.

Cozy (very) but clean and very convenient
This small 2bed/2bath casita is just a 5 minute walk to the main plaza in Santa Fe. Unit was clean and quite functional with all the usual conveniences including off-street parking and a working fireplace. Bedrooms and bathrooms are tiny, however.

We really appreciated this cozy and well-appointed and furnished VRBO! Great location to the Plaza in Santa Fe downtown. Only things we would suggest would be the following: -Beds were a little on the soft side -lamp on the right side of bed in front bedroom had weak lighting We appreciated your lovely Casita and thank you so much for your hospitality! I'll check out the mattresses, thanks for letting me know. Mattresses are hard to judge because some like it soft and others harder! But I'll take a look at them and see what I can do! I'll also check out the light and see what's up with that. We do keep extra bulbs under the sink too, in case you ever decide to come back! This place was perfect for our quick trip to Santa Fe. Very close to the plaza. The house is very clean and was spacious. Would stay again if ever back in the area.

Very clean, very cute, great location
House was very comfortable, had everything you would need for a quick stay. We stayed just one night but the property team reached out instantly and made sure we had what we needed before we arrived. House had a great setting inside and out, parking was weird but it worked out just fine for our large truck. It was a quick two block walk to down town and our two year old slept great in the guest room. Very cool quarky classic house for the area.

Great dog friendly place, unfortunate communication
We chose this property due to its location and in the original property that we chose (Casita A) it had 2 bedrooms and a fenced patio that was important for the dogs we were bringing. After reservation was booked, property owner called us and asked if we'd be willing to go to a different property ("Tony's Place") and set us the listing video for Tony's place which appeared more roomy. We said yes that was fine. Then she sent us the confirmation email which was for Casita H (Now I had no idea that Tony's place and Casita H were 2 different locations, I just assumed Tony's place was layman's terms for Casita H.) But when we arrived, we realized that our property was neither Casita A nor Tony's Place, and someone else was staying at Tony's place, so we were booked into a Casita that we had never seen online or chosen. In the end the property manager made concessions and we were grateful that the pets were able to stay there, but the communication up front was poor unfortunately. The property worked fine otherwise but the front patio area is NOT fenced in so we had to keep dogs on leash the whole time outside. My friend also found dirty socks by her bed the first night so we also alerted the property manager that her cleaning crew should be more thorough. If we stayed in Santa Fe again, we would likely stay at these properties with the dogs, provided the up front communication is better and we get the property that we actually chose.

Heather thank you again for staying with us and again, I'm so sorry about the communication in the beginning. I never move people unless I speak to them first and when I do it's usually to a larger casita. I had asked to move you to a larger casita which was H, but sent the wrong info in the description which was Tony's place. I felt horrible when you checked in and realized the issue, which is why we refunded some of your money for your stay.. As for the cleaning, we had moved the beds around prior to your arrival to clean behind the beds and the window ceils and the socks must have been pulled under the bed and we missed them. We really do try hard to make our guests stay enjoyable and comfortable and so sorry that we let you down. I hope that you will give us a try in the future. Safe travels always.

Perfect little getaway
Great little casita. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only improvement I would make would be the internet. But hey, we’re on vacation. Maybe we shouldn’t have been on the internet anyway😊
