The hotel is Central in Santa Fe. Not too far from old town in the historic district. The staff is friendly and very helpful and attentive. Hotel is quiet had good parking.

The staff is what made this property a great experience. The property is a little older, but very clean and orderly. The people at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. All of the staff were great. I will definitely visit El Sonderro again. It is very difficult to find people that appreciate your business these days In this staff sure did.

Best value in the area. Next door tobLorewtto Chapel and the famous Plaza. Its an older motel that been refurbished on the inside. Very comfortable. Exterior could use some TLC. Staff very accommodating. This place is all about the LOCATION! At a great rate $

We didn’t like the bathroom had a sliding door, all the smell from it invaded the room. The water of the shower went out of the shower area, because the curtain doesn’t seal. Ugly place and very expensive to the quality we received. I paid almost 700 dollars for 3 nights, the quality was of a cheap motel, for which I would have to be charged 150 at most for the three nights. I believe Santa Fe is overpriced.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, but there were some things that were a little odd - the USB ports by the nightstand were crooked, so we couldn’t actually use them. The bathroom had no fan or ventilation, so we had to open the window to let the damp air out after showering.

The Inn is in the center of town and walkable to all the places we want to go to. Very convenient. The rooms have no microwave. The guest need to walk all the way to the office.

This is one of the most affordable and nice properties close to downtown. On the night of our arrival, we discovered that one of the snaps that keeps the curtain closed to outside peering eyes was broken. The front desk worker immediately offered to either move us to a different room or provide us with tape to keep it closed that night, promising to send the maintenance worker the next morning. We used the tape, and the maintenance worker came as promised the next morning and fixed it in a jiffy. Upon arrival, we were also told that the pool heater was broken, but that the maintenance worker should have it up and running before the weekend. By the time we left (on the weekend), it wasn't fixed. Otherwise, nothing to complain about this hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much, and felt it was a great value.

We have stayed at El Sendero Inn, El Paso, several times. It always remind us of the old motels along side the highways except it has been modernized inside, clean, quiet, safe, and the staff is always great. Plus, the price is always good, especially considering you are practically right across the street from Plaza. Rick

Everything about property was very good. Would have been 5 stars but free breakfast was coffee, packaged danish and packaged muffins, juice and yogurt. Really just a very limited continental breakfast.

Upset that they charge $10 each night for customer parking. Room design is modern, ok spaces, but the grab-n-go breakfast is really cheap. The location is very good.

Hotel Parking is only 10/night in a secured parking lot(soon gated). Guest will save on downtown parking meters as hotel is walkable to historic plaza and other downtown attractions. Other downtown hotels guest parking fee start at 25 and upwards. Upon check-out guest is still able to park vehicles in hotel parking lot until 3pm & enjoy local area without any additional parking meter charges.

This property will be beautiful when it is finished. The enhancements they have already done are excellent. The location is perfect! The grab and go breakfast is very disappointing, but my hope is that when their restaurant opens, that is improved at a minimum to level of a Hampton or Fairfield Inn breakfast.

Lovely, clean room , reasonably priced, super close and walkabe to downtown but the weather was cold and the bathroom was chilly as .the windowl leaked cold air
