Exceeded all expectations!
Place gets rave reviews and they are all true! We rent homes often and this one was the best stocked we've ever been in. So much room to spread out yet great space to be together. Walking distance to plaza, railyard, canyon road, even the grocery store ..would stay again if ever in Santa Fe.

Loved this home. Perfect for 3 couples or family of four. Great layout and location. Only complaint was VRBO listing the jacuzzi in the master as a hot tub. Search the whole property looking for a hot tub outside but learn that it was actually the indoor Jacuzzi tub. Great Hom highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay!
We absolutely loved Sunset Villa! Plenty of room, beautiful villa with all of the amenities, and walking distance to everything! We will definitely stay here again.

Santa Fe Villa off Artist Road
Just a beautiful home...Very, very nice residence easily sleeps 6...description says .4 miles from the square. It's actually closer to .6 but you'd never want to walk it as it is very hilly...after walking to the square and then all around the square for the day, you'd never want to have to walk uphill to this beautiful villa. I believe it's a great place to stay but don't think you're going to walk to the square...It was very convenient to shop the square all day and then only have a 3-4 minute drive back to this Villa. I've stayed at a few other places in Santa Fe and this was definitely the best place we've ever stayed.

Wonderful place
I met two friends and spent 3 nights here in November. The unit is wonderful and had everything we needed. Great location and close to everything. Very clean and well kept. Good communication with the property manager. We would definitely return.

This Property has everything you could want and more! It is absolutely stunning and so well thought out. Fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds to the design and artwork . We could not have been more thrilled. Perfect walking location. Will book again!

Superior Property!
This is a superior property in every way. The location is just perfect, the area is very quiet, and the property is beautiful. By far, the nicest, most well appointed and furnished VRBO I have ever stayed in. The linens/towels/bedding were of excellent quality. The kitchen had every gadget needed, and was large and perfect for cooking. The outdoor grill worked beautifully. The layout of the home was perfect for us - the bedrooms well spaced out, and the main floor had an o-en floor plan with lots of seating. The location to downtown is perfect - a couple of us chose to walk downtown, and several opted to drive (2-3 minutes). There wasn’t a single negative about this property - they deserve a six star rating!

Great stay in SF
This is a lovely house, conveniently located. Very spacious and perfect for a small group or family. We did not cook but kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The outdoor area is nice too. Every amenity we needed was provided.

This VRBO exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated and great location. The shampoo, conditioner and lotions provided took it over the top. Next time in Santa Fe I will definitely book this place again.

Even Better Than Expected!
Everything about our stay was 4 Stars! The cleanliness was impeccable. The extras were everywhere: each room was decorated to the highest level with art and amenities to bound. The kitchen was so stocked that it even had a food processor, two coffee makers, and every cooking tool you can imagine. There was plenty of room for the five of us. This was the most luxurious and yet comfortable house we have stayed in!

Great Place!
We LOVED the unit- Def plan to stay there again! But the property management company in Santa Fe was sub-par. We had issues getting access to the unit when we first arrived. It was during business hours, so we called the PM office and no one answered. Left messages; no one rang us back. We finally went to the office as it was getting close to EOD, there was no one in the office, no Emergency Number posted to call. Finally a woman from the company showed up, with minutes to spare before closing time. She helped us get in, but had a lot of attitude towards us. Unacceptable customer service. We had a great stay but our experience with the PM Company left a lot to be desired.

Thank you for your comments. I would have to refute what you have said about our accommodating you with access to your unit. When you came to our office, Jason, our Associate Broker, immediately came to your aid. However, you were not open to his assistance. When I arrived at the office, you were speaking loudly and disturbing other offices located within the compound next to our offices. I immediately got another key to the unit, you followed my car and we went to the property that was 5 minutes away. I opened the door and the lockbox immediately. You couldn't believe I did open it and asked what I did. I informed you that I followed the directions that you were given. This is exactly what happened. Thank you for leaving us a 5-star review.

Great Time in Santa Fe
The property is set up for 3 individuals/couples who want their own private sleeping and bathrooms. It is exactly what we needed. Plenty of sitting and dining places. Comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were comfy...the cooling was individualized for each space. The kitchen is well equipped.

Great visit
Staying here was very lovely. The space is quite large and accommodated our group of 5 easily. The amenities were nice and it was quite central to most places we wanted to go. Check in was easy and any communication with the property managers was easy as well. The only downside to our stay was that the outdoor furniture on the ground floor has been left uncovered and was quite wet and mildewy; we didn’t get a chance to use it because of that. Otherwise, would happily stay there again!

One of the best rental properties I’ve stayed at!
We were three lifelong friends spending a week together just for fun in Santa Fe. This property was everything and more that we hoped it would be, extremely comfortable, beautiful, and very well appointed. There was absolutely nothing we would change. I can’t recommend this lovely condo highly enough, you will love it as much as we did!

Our family of four, my husband and I and our two grown kids, stayed in this beautiful home for a week in early June. It was very relaxing and well appointed. It was very close to town and coffee on one of the three porches was the perfect way to start the day. We highly recommend this home.

This home was an excellent choice! It was immaculate, was well furnished, and had all the basic necessities to help kick start our stay. Location was great... was close to downtown, grocery stores, casual shopping etc. We would certainly consider staying here again!

Convenient and Clean Condo
We traveled to Santa Fe as 2 families with little kids. The condo was very clean and well equipped with more supplies than we were expecting. The indoor and outdoor areas was nice and spacious. The entertainment setup (tv's, etc) was also great and there was information on how to use everything. The downstairs bedroom had an office with a printer and wires to setup a laptop which came in handy. The plaza was a 2 minute drive away and also walkable. We would consider staying here again.

Tasteful quality furnishings. Excellent bedding fluffy white towels, great comfortable beds and the best stocked home with appliances big and small with everything looking brand new. Immaculately clean, excellent location, spacious layout, lovely private outdoor area. Perfect Place for a Girls Weekend

We were terribly disappointed not to be able to travel and stay at this marvelous house. Everything we did prior to coming was easy and we anticipated a marvelous stay. We so hope to be able to rebook in the future. We of course paid.
