offers an enchanting panoramic sea view over the port of Santa Marina Salina and the nearby islands of Lipari, Stromboli and Panarea.
The beach is about 15 minutes away on foot, a municipal road of about 1 km (Via Roma) connects the house to the port.
A well-kept Mediterranean garden surrounds the house.
Inside, it is composed of:
large kitchen/living room with 4 burner hob and fridge,
table, chairs and relaxation area with sofas;
A double bedroom;
A small bedroom with a bunk bed;
Bathroom with shower and window.
The house is equipped with parking space, washing machine, wi-fi and fans.
The accommodation is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in the greenery of Salina.
