Walking inside it’s so welcoming and such friendly people at the desk. We made our way to our condo and when we walked in the first thing you see is a breath taking view ! Such nice furnishings and all we need med in the kitchen. The master bath is beautiful. The walk down to the beach is so nice. We lived the area also. From bike rides around the area to long days on the beach we loved it all. We loved the fast elevators and the nice balcony. The view is spectacular! We had a few minor inconveniences. One was the aggravation that the door entry lock needed new batteries so the first couple days it took several times of entering the code to get in the door. The third day, the door would not unlock and on site guest services handled it within minutes. The second thing was that the sofa bed had no linens or blankets and none of the extra pillows had pillowcases. This was our 16th year on 30-A. We have stayed at One Seagrove Place several times. Entire bldg just did a remodel, and are not quite finished. Had a few issues with one elevator working, but they are working on getting it all up and running. Staff was so incredibly nice and accomodating. Loved the weather and the beach. Not over crowded. This unit had everything we needed. Really, just perfect.
