“This property could not have been more ideal for our week stay. It was steps away from the beach which was wonderful. It is near the Gulf Island National Park which is beautiful. There was no problem getting to other places (i.e. restaurants, grocery store, etc) We took a short trip over to Pensacola Beach which was less than 30 minutes and a beautiful drive. Even though there were neighbors on either side of us, we didn't hear them and felt we had the whole place to ourselves. Very……

“This was the best beach house we have ever stayed at! The location is perfect, right on the beach! The house has everything you need. We had kids and there were tons of beach toys for them to play with! It was super clean, hosts were very responsive, and very spacious! The house is huge and gives everyone space. Would love to stay again!”

“Very quiet part of beach. Short hike to beach. Great to be able to leave all items under garage. They have plenty of beach chairs and towels and a lot of beach toys/boards/ floats in storage! Plenty of room and bathrooms. Just a lot of stairs! ”

“We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach ( few hundred feet) I do recommend bringing your own toilettes as a very small amount is provided. It would be nice to get more than one days worth on trash bags and soap but not really something to complain about as long as you know and……
