Ótimo conceito de hospedagem. Tudo novo, limpo. Excelente custo benefício e ótima localização no meu caso, posto ter ido para tratamento em hospitais perto. Duas ressalvas apenas: se a pessoa for grande, não entra no box, esquece. Tenho tronco largo por estar acima do peso e passei raspando de lado, segurando o vidro. Segundo ponto: não ter garagem, péssimo isso. Mas já estava ciente previamente.

Quarto bem organizado, bem iluminado, sabonete cheioroso e tudo limpo. A cozinha vem equipada com apenas uma panela, um prato e um kit de talher. Apenas recomendaria que tivesse uma frigideira e mais um kit de prato e talher. Foi muito bom e estadia foi excelente. Tive um bom atendimento na recepção também.

A localização é muito boa, tem tudo perto mesmo, local nos arredores seguro. O quarto é bem pequeno mas funcional, fiquei no apt de frente e o barulho da rua incomoda muito, o corredor não tem luz, tinha cheiro de cigarro, tolhas e lençóis novos, colchão da cama ruim. O atendimento hora foi bom, hora ruim, dependia das pessoas de plantão. Tem muita burocracia e tudo muito inflexível. Pelo valor que paguei é pelo meu uso valeu mas só porque quase não fiquei lá.

Um quebra galho próximo da Paulista
Estive nesse apto por uma noite e recomendo ele apenas para um casal ou uma pessoa que precise apenas de um local para dormir. Bem localizado (próximo da Paulista) e muito limpo e organizado e o check-in foi bem prático. Porém devido a localização ser em uma avenida de bastante movimento, recomendo se possível pegar um quarto mais alto ou prepare-se para trazer uns plugs de ouvido para dormir. O apto é pequeno, não tem espaço para malas grandes, o banheiro também é pequeno, acredito que uma pessoa grande teria dificuldades de utilizá-lo. Possui ducha aquecida e oferece todas as comodidades (shampoo, sabonete, toalhas), tem tv smart com vários streamings disponíveis. A cozinha dispõe de cooktop e um microondas, uma panela, dois pratos e alguns talheres. Também possui uma cadeira e uma mesa.
