Good size of the room, but the air conditioner was slow. Maybe bc it was old. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel service and the attention of the employees, they were so good!

The hotel was better than expected. Very nice staff and room. Breakfast was excellent. Only problem is that I waited for the shuttle bus for more than 2 hours, called the hotel and they were telling me the bus was going. However, it was impossible to notice the tiny sign that said Bristol on driver's window. They should have a better way to identify the bus ( like all the other hotels). Other than that, I recommend it.

It’s an ok place to stay over if you need a night in São Paulo. Not the cleanest place I’ve stayed but not the worst either. Room was available before the checking time and that was great! The transfer to the hotel is very convenient, but I did take some time to understand where the transfer was since there’s no sign. Breakfast was very good with a vast variety of Brazilian food and fruits.

The building itself is an awesome work of architecture. The breakfast was a bit short of what one would expect from a fancy hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small, making it difficult to move around.

As i arrived to the hotel got the room in a terrible condition photos on the bed strong smell of paint i had to recheck to another room staff was ok but it was not executable that they didnt check the room.. gym was terrible everything didn't work i will not return....
