It started rather well. Received a glass of espumante and the lobby is nice. The room was good with a desk and comfy bed. The big minus with the room is that they don’t have free water bottles. It’s not many hotels I been to that don’t provide free bottled water.
Anyway, the big problem is their management and service. Received welcome emails asking what I need and so on. Told them that a baby crib is important to have in the room when we arrive. They said it will be sorted. When I entered the room, there was no baby crib so went down to speak with them. We’ll send one straight away, they said. Turns out that I took 6 hours and 4 visits to the reception to receive it. Every time I asked- they said it will be sent straight away. Otherwise they offered a very late check out that was much appreciated.
