A localização é muito boa , mas a limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar, estava cheio de cabelo no chão, muita poeira no tapete. Ficamos quase 20 minutos na chuva com um bebê no colo pq a senha de acesso não funcionava.

Boa localização mas péssimo na limpeza
Embora tenha uma excelente localização e o prédio seja novo, a conservação e a limpeza da unidade são péssimos. Marcas de sujeira nas paredes, principalmente na pia da cozinha e no piso. Cadeira com marca de cigarro e sofá com marca de bebida e comida. Os moveis e utensílios domésticos do apartamento estavam arrumados, mas a sujeira era visível. O piso tapete não foram limpos, assim como o box do banheiro.
