“I sent a message and request via Expedia to the hotel. No response at all. Hotel was nice and staff were excellent but a shame they did not reply or acknowledge my messages via Expedia. Poor.”

“There was a condom under our bed when we arrived, rooms weren’t clearly cleaned or restocked. But the location was amazing and worth it.”

“Very small room and bed. No privacy (no door on shower) for showering or changing. Extremely loud at night , can hear all the noise from bars , clubs and crowds until at least 2 am. Ear plugs don’t help”

“Great location. Right by beach and in quieter central location surrounded by shops and restaurants but far away from noisy bars to be comfortable. Checkin was a unconventional Got into accommodation and found friendly but confused cleaner who took me to ALE shop under to check in. Bed comfy and good simple shower but otherwise fairly basic. Coffee machine in kitchen did not seem to work. Interesting use of chipboard in hotel fittings”

“Absolutely perfect hotel for a short stay I loved my time here! (: Staff could have been a bit more friendly x A bit noisy due to night life but amazing if you’re into going out as there are so many bars, clubs and restaurants”

“Check in the room was not ready which was not an issue. However the receptionist was going to offer us a room to change in and then was it seemed overruled by his supervisor which was poor. Room itself was ok apart from a wet used towel left beside the safe! Also disappointed that there was no kettle with tea/ coffee in the room which is pretty well the norm in hotels this day. A average stay which with a bit more focus on customer care could have been excellent.”
