“The room was super clean and well located, but it is tiny. We had to manoeuvre through the door without hitting the bed with our bags and my husband had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom as the space between the bottom of the bed and the wall is reduced even further with the TV on the wall. Hubby loved the pillows but it was too big and hard for me so I ended up sleeping without one. The water bottles next to the bed was a nice touch and very much appreciated in the heat.”

“The staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property was very clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Breakfast was amazing, the hotel is very close to the beach, and everything felt well thought out and practical. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here.
The only downside was the airport transfer information. We originally chose the hotel partly because it was explicitly stated that an on-demand transfer to Faro……
“Room was clean, staff was very nice. Breakfast was adequate. Good location. Unfortunately- the check in desk closed every day at 8pm so there was no staff on site after that time for amenities or other issues. Otherwise we had a great stay”

“Loved our stay. Quiet street that was perfect distance from the buzz of central old and new town. Short walk to a very nice beach. Loved the onsite pool, and onsite parking for rental car was easy to request. The staff was so kind and helpful. Great price. Would definitely stay there again!!”
“Great location. Right by beach and in quieter central location surrounded by shops and restaurants but far away from noisy bars to be comfortable.
Checkin was a unconventional Got into accommodation and found friendly but confused cleaner who took me to ALE shop under to check in.
Bed comfy and good simple shower but otherwise fairly basic.
Coffee machine in kitchen did not seem to work.

The receptionist was extremely rude and didn’t mention that we need to pay extra for a safe and the lock
The shower did not keep the water in at all so the water would get all over the bathroom, had to be careful and point the water the opposite direction. Mold in shower.
The walls were extremely thin so you can hear everything going on outside your room, would not recommend anyone stay here”
“It’s not really a 4 star hotel, room and amenities not reach standard. Not much offer other than the pool. Breakfast just standard and it’s very inconvenience without a car. Front desk is not friendly and provide information. The positive is room with large balcony and close the small beach. It’s not worth for stay”
