チェックインの48時間前にチェックインのためのメールが来るとありましたが全く来ない。場所も不便でやっと探し当てて見つけたら、民泊のような感じで(そうなのかも)普通のアパートのドアしかなくてどこがフロントかわからず、それらしき部屋も鍵がかかっており、ベルを鳴らすと、自分はホテル業ではないんですがと言いながら男性がドアを開けて、鍵番号も教えてくれた。担当者は外国人で休みだそうで、この人がいなかったらホテルには入れなかった。歯ブラシを始め、アメニティは無し。部屋が新しく清潔なのはとてもよかった。 しかし夜中24時過ぎても大きな談笑、バンバンバンバン何かを素早く叩いている大きな音がしたり、近年稀に見るうるささ。チェックアウト時も無人で、テーブルに'チェックアウトします。ありがとうございました'というメモと部屋番号とキーを置いて出てきた。 予約した時チェックアウトは15時と書いてあるのに11時だし、何から何まで杜撰でいい加減な運営。こうして日本は外国人に雑に乗っ取られていくのだろうなと不安にもなった。

2日連泊しましたが、1日目はオーバーブッキングで代替ホテルに移動。 二日目、この施設に泊まりましたが、今まで泊まったゲストハウスの中でスタッフの質が最低。 場所が分かりにくい、玄関のロック解除方法、部屋の鍵の保管方法などの情報がこちら(客)が聞かないと教えてくれない。
