“Was a nice place to go after horse show practices and lots of late nights and early mornings. Slept comfortably. Hot water and nice showers. Sharing the drive with a 4/4 truck was a little hard as the first guy took part of our space but 2nd one move over nicely. Internet was fast and appreciated. Was quiet and close to the event center.”

“This is a wonderful property in a fantastic part of Tulsa. The home was inviting, clean, and beautiful. I love the sunken sun room. I found myself gravitating ot the coach to rest at the end of the day. The bedding was exquisite-- sheets, pillows, and mattress were all so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and spices. I even found several bottles of water stocked in the fridge! I was able to access a variety of streaming services on the TV. ”

“Came into town for five day film festival had an amazing time loved the Pickleball courts. This is a must stay close to downtown close to walking distance for all restaurants. Loved the soaking tub. Negatives were the King size bed was not comfy I ended up sleeping on the couch. If pickle ball rackets with balls were available it would have been the icing on the cake. ”

They have fixed this old house up making it a perfect place to stay! The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. Clark goes the extra mile to make sure guests are happy and enjoying their stay. If I ever visit Tulsa again I will definitely stay at this house!”
