“We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Tulsa and made a great home base for our family while visiting The Gathering Place, downtown Tulsa, and the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve. The kids especially loved the backyard playhouse, and we appreciated having plenty of space to relax after busy days of sightseeing. Communication was easy and check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again if we're ever back in……

“The pool was so much fun, also played pickle ball and tennis. Everything was as described we enjoyed our stay.”

“This is a lovely little 1925 bungalow duplex in a well located, quiet, and safe area just off of the Mother Road. The kitchen is well supplied with the basics of S&P, sugar, sweetener, a little coffee, etc. There's even dish soap and laundry soap too! Our hosts are very attentive although they have left little to need. This has been a very clean and comfortable place for us to make a nice home away from home. We are long time Tulsans back visiting and will definitely make this our first choice……

“Lily is an amazing host she is definitely a woman of her word. Her willingness to make sure we were in the property and comfortable and she communicated back and forth like she said she would. I would definitely love to continue renting out this beautiful 🤩 vacation home Thank you foe you hospitality ”

“Ok, this home is a great home and the neighborhood is fantastic! We had a problem with check-in due to miscommunication on host/booking end. Host/owner answered call immediately and resolved the issue within 45 minutes or so. Home was as described and had no issues until the next morning. The shower handle did. It work and we couldn’t take a shower. We only stayed 1 night so we just headed back home. After discussing issue with owner, they made it right and we are satisfied. Overall, I’d say……

“Beautiful house. The host communicated well. We had a wonderful time with plenty of space for the 9 people staying. Would have given it five stars except the house and linens could have been cleaner and the pool heater was not on.”

“What a horrifying hotel experience. The property is disgusting. At check in the jittery drug addled night manager demanded a cash deposit (which I did not have on me). He refused to take my credit card and when he called the property manager she insisted I had to have cash that I was informed when I booked. Not true. No mention of cash - "Deposit: USD 50 per accommodation, per stay" . It also states "The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary……

“The house smelled like old cheese, and it was very dusty. The rugs are very used. In the master restroom, there's no curtain or blinds on the window so, I taped a towel to the window. In the second restroom, after a shower it would take about 30 minutes for the water to drain. I asked the host about smoking cigars, and she said yes but on the patio. The patio was a joke. In the den, the sofa (sectional) had three decent seats. The cords from the TV in the den just hanging in from the fireplace.……

“Unless you are a Navy SEAL, I would not recommend staying here. Definitely not a place for a woman alone.”

“Very nice place. Clean, several good restaurants within walking distance. Nice to have covered parking. My only complaints—- the only tv is in the larger bedroom and the batteries in the remote were low, the bathroom is kind of small and the host didn’t provide a phone number where I could reach her, all communication was via text. I’m an old guy and still prefer to TALK to people. It took me about 15 minutes to type this on my phone. I would stay there again.”
