Thank you very much for your review. Actually the name of the room you booked here on Expedia is clearly state: Basic Twin Room with No Windows. I don't know how much more we could've been clear. Please note that we have 5 other room types with much more space and amenities. I advice you for your next hotel reservation is to read the description of the rooms and have a minute or two to go through the pictures. good luck with your future travel planes.

You booked the cheapest budget room with no windows on very promoted price only to come to the hotel and demand a different room type upgraded for free. In regards to your room: The room you reserved is our smallest Budget Twin room, however we have 4 other category of rooms that is bigger in size and equipped with more amenities. It is included in our profile and bookable online, I invite you to book the Deluxe Double Room for your next reservation and I am sure it will suites your needs better. As for the parking: We also have a secure parking garage available as stated in our profile online, however it is with advance reservation. As for the door ring bell: We have measured the timing from the time our guest ring the bell till we open the front door and we have found that it is about 3 seconds in average; we maintain the front door closed to prevent unauthorized people to the property; However I am pleased to inform you that since your review we managed to lower the timing to 2 seconds. I know it breaks our heart when we see a comment like this which false in every letter that it is written in; however all our previous (and upcoming) review clearly state who we are, what we are doing for our guests, and how we serve from the heart .. for us it is not a job ... it is what we love to do ... each and every one of us here we come in the morning with a lot of passion and love to what we will do today and how we can serve our guest better ... therefore it really break our hearts when we read such false comment ... but it is the age of social media ... and it is only natural that every now and then we will be face with similar guest. The truth of the matter is this guest got an amazing room ... freshly upgraded ... third floor which away from the downtown (European Capital City noise) ... guest was served with 6 bottles of water for two nights stay ... guest showed up with a child that he didn't reserve for and still was allowed to stay and have breakfast for 3 people instead of two. We wish this guest all the best in his future adventure.
