“WE enjoyed our Stay there. The AC worked. My wife did not like how the bathroom was arranged. the toilet and shower were in one room and the sink and mirror was in another room. I thought it was okay since I could shower while she brushed her teeth and vise versa. I didn't like the shower curtain. The room did have drawer so we did not have to live out of our suitcase. the GWRL was in a good place so we could sight see the Great Sand Dunes NP, or the Royal Gorge Bridge. “They let us have a room for our cat, it very hard to find hotels that will let you have a cat in the room! They have a designated room for pets and the cat love it! She is a very picky cat! Our room was clean and had everything we need in it! The person at front desk was friendly and helpful! I would stay there again!”

“Eric was super helpful and we found this campground a delight! So close to Monarch and Salida, this was perfect for our snowboarding trip where we also wanted to enjoy town a bit too!”

“Some repairs are needed. Poor lounge chair at pool outside deck. It was broken and they only had one. Screen door in big need of repair. Items in the room did not work. Microwave door GFI in bathroom”

“The lobby was dated but ok, however the room was nasty. It smelled stale, the beds were really uncomfortable, the sofa bed was broken, and there was no ice or potable water due to water safety violation. There was no breakfast, because the cooks walked out and the restaurant was closed. There were not enough towels for a family room. There was a fridge and small microwave. The woman at the front desk was wonderful - so helpful and accommodating. When we saw the safety violation notice re: water,……

“The environment and staff were excellent! The only downside was that after spending one night, my allergic rhinitis got really bad, which happens when the bedding isn’t clean enough.”
