The property was still under renovation but it did not effect my stay. My one top issue and that was that housekeeping knocked at the door at 9:30am. With checkout time being 11am I feel that 9:30 was too early especially since i was not checking out. On vacation I don't want anyone knocking and waking me up. I realized that i was there in off season but the restaurant was not open for lunch?? The hotel is within waling distance to the water & the casino as well as a quick drive to shopping

Thank you for your feedback Trevor. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing ceiling tiles and noise disturbances. We had an unexpected leak that required attention and the ceiling tiles will be replaced.
The double room we shared was clean, neat however it was very poorly lit especially for two seniors 75 & 83. We found it challenging to even operate the coffee machine, there was no extra lighting in that part of the room which became more challenging once there was no daylight streaming in from outside. We found the restaurant to be overpriced and the food very bland although generous portions. We were traveling with family which included our young grandchildren and while we appreciate the restaurant having a high chair there is no children’s menu so I have to say overall I’m very disappointed in our visit. The hotel doesn’t seem to cater to seniors or young children.

Stayed at this property years ago when it was a Holiday Inn. Is now in the process of changing to a Four Points Sheraton.
Great room and a great value. Only complaint would be that a drinking glass was unwrapped from the plastic wrap, the counter top at the microwave needed cleaning and one of the coffee whitner packets was opened.
We loved the indoor pool.
Will definately stay here again.

Workmen smoked in the hotel, ladders were left in hallways, cleaning carts were left in halls unattended all day, cleaning cloths on the floor, cardboard pieces in the hallways.
More workmen in hotel than guests - can hear hammering and sawing. Had to walk by the table saw to use the sidewalk going to my car.
Staff was rude after the staff we had at check in - they were fantastic! Staff from them on were rude.
