Overall, the property was clean and well kept. One thing I did notice was in the bathroom. They used a different color gray to do touchups on the wall. Other than that the room was clean. The pool was still winterized and closed. Overall good place to stay at for the night.

There was visible trash on the floor so I just wonder what wasn’t clean that I couldn’t see! You had to bang the remote for it to work! There was no elevator!

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Rang the bell and waited 5-10 minutes before an older women arrived. She asked what we wanted. Told her we had a reservation. She told us no we didn’t and that all the rooms were already taken. She then searched through a physical folder and then finally said she found our room. Breakfast was sub par. Facility seemed clean for the most part.

The pictures show it as more modern but it’s not. It was a quiet stay but there is no elevator only two floors so that wasn’t too bad. The tvs are not up to date you cannot login to Netflix or YouTube on them. The remote control did not work for mines but the gentleman at the desk did change it for me with no problem. They also left an envelope in the room with the word Tip on it. So I thought that was in professional. It was not horrible but if you want a more modern stay especially if you have children I would advise you not to book here.

I only stayed for one night as I had to take an early flight the next day. The hotel does need to make upgrades to their furniture i.e. sofa because it was badly stained. I didn't want to even sit or put anything on the sofa.

The breakfast area was very messy. We came down at 7 (open at 6am) and no coffee, cereal bowls or waffle batter. The microwave was filthy and we had to clean it before use and we helped the desk clerk make waffle batter. When we asked for bowls clerk told us the no more would be put out today!

Had to switch rooms upon arrival due to original room smelling like mold/mildew. 2nd room we got in the AC would not turn off so it was freezing all night. We just dealt with it since it was only a 1 night stay.

The wifi was nonexistent. Checking in staff did not know of restaurants in the area. The morning lady was not a sympathetic when the waffle maker broke and mixture all over the place. I cleaned up myself. The lobby had a musty smell. The room was clean, and the shower was good pressure but tub floor was slippery.

We liked the check in clerk veri nice and polite. What we did not like was the evening clerk not so helpful, our room did not have a hair dryer and when i asked for one she told me that my room did not have one because people steal them Our tv was broken, after a few minutes of watching tv the screen will go all black The faucet in the shower was broken. Breakfast: the clerk was really grumpy. Was playing a show on her ipad that was really loud, so much she couldn't hear the guest. The waffle maker was broken and when guests advised she got mad. Sadly we will not return, too bad i used my reward points to book this hotel :(
