“Pleasantly surprised at the feel of this hotel. I was expecting it to be a little less to be desired since it sits on i10. My room was clean, bed was comfortable & the staff was very kind.”

“Room was smelly...smelled like mildew and felt damp, it was really unpleasant. Hotel itself was fine, clean, ok breakfast.”

“When trying to get into our room the safety latch had been turned to keep anyone from getting into the room. Had to go back to lobby to get help. The clerk tried to accuse us of turning the latch. Told her we were just checking in and haven't even been in the room. She had no way to get the door open. Had to go back to lobby to get another room. Then back to get my partner and carry everything to another floor. Was very inconvenient since we are elderly. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about.”
