The air conditioning in our room was very poor. The maintenance response to this issue was the same, poor. The rooms should have a makeup mirror in them. There was a lack of clean towels at the pool every day. Also, housekeeping on the 2nd day of our stay showed up late in the day. As we were gathering with friends to get dinner.

We met an abundance of great people visiting and the staff, like Twin and many ithers were exceptiomal! we had a fabulous 4 days and friends for a lufetime!

Great resort, the staff could not be nicer. It's a little rough getting into the water with the rocky beach condition (bring your swim shoes) but the resort is high end.

Great island property, good services on island, clean rooms, excellent food!! Service is good. If you go during a convention party, service will slow down, but they try very hard to ensure your happiness. Resort I rate a 3.9-4 star, they can easily be a 5 star with some minor adjustments.

The resort is beautiful and most of the staff excellent. However, a member of my family developed an ear infection and the hotel arranged for a private physician to come over to the island and treat her. We were told that the cost would be 300 dollars US. He asked about allergies, etc ahead of time and brought part of the medicine needed and we were told he would bring the rest the next day when he came over to complete our Covid tests for the return trip. We were NOT told we would be charged another full three hundred dollar fee for the second day. He conveniently only brought part of the medicine needed so he could double charge. The hidden taxes and fees and costs for the whole trip were rediculous and in the end cost triple what they should. We would never do it again.

The Resort was amazing. All local travel was arranged easily, bags were coordinated and room check-in was automatically taken care of. Honestly, i do not know how it could have been better!

This place is a hidden gem. Its a short ferry ride from Trellis Bay to get here but the isolation only adds to the experience. Its like you have the run of the island. And the Staff was incredibly accommodating. We had to get a last minute Covid test and they literally ferried a doctor out to conduct the test within a couple hours, and we still had time to make our charter boat. Whenever I make it back to BVI this is going to be my go to.

Beautiful scenery, welcoming staff who are very helpfully to deal with any queries. Sumptuous suite with balcony overlooking the marina with stunning views. Whats not to like! Myself and my wife could not stop smiling, totally blew our socks off. Thanks to great service from Expedia after initial booking to a different resort became unavailable only two days prior to flying out due to an admin error at the resort. After several calls to the incredibly helpfull staff at Expedia we were relocate to Scrub island resort with upgrade at no extra cost! Huge thanks to all making our holiday the best holiday ever.

Great experience overall, better than expected. The staff was extra friendly. rooms were clean and well provided. Had dinner at the casual restaurant outside, it was quite good. The ferry ride to the island was super easy, very quick. no complaints!

AMAZING ISLAND!!!
We had a wonderful 13 day stay at Scrub! The staff was AMAZING! Very friendly and super helpful to make your stay a memorable one! This is a beautiful private island that is removed for all of the chaos of the larger islands but close enough to island hop to other surrounding islands. Thank you Dornielle for making this a special vacation! Don’t forget to utilize the BVI dive shop on site! Very professional and Clayvorne will make it extra special!!! Thank you Acrub Island for such an amazing time!
