“This was a last minute rental but the apartment was clean (the smell was a little bit overpowering when we got there, but we opened the windows and aired it out). It was a perfect size for our family of 4 and our small dog. There are AC units in the living room and main bedroom but not in the bunkbed bedroom but the temperature at night was cool so it was not an issue for us. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car.
