Amazing 2 bedroom condo suite!
The condo was extremely clean, well appointed and supplied. They think of everything and are incredible hosts. Would highly recommend staying at this wonderful place!

A gem in Kirkland
Spent a long weekend in Seattle. This property was fantastic, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the freeway and so quiet. My daughter and I had a great time. Definitely will rent again when in Seattle!!

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood with great hosts

Seattle Visit
Our first trip to Seattle to visit family that had recently moved to the area, and also see the local sites. Property was fantastic and exactly as promised - we couldn't have asked for more! Great location and we were centrally located for every where we wanted to go. And as we were visiting family, the deck was a nice bonus as they were able to stop over after we'd been out for dinner to catch up further and have a couple glasses of wine on the deck, one of my favorite evenings while we were there! I will certainly rent again next time I visit!!

Excellent condo!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with family at the condo! Everything was clean and stylish. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely stay at this condo again in the future.

Great Kirkland apartment
We stay for two months in this apartment and it could not have been better. The location was perfect for our purposes, the apartment was immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Nicky and Emir really are wonderful hosts and we will most definitely stay here on our next visit.

Perfect place in Kirkland
Nicki and Emir are exceptional hosts. Their place is not only upscale but also very comfortable. The location works well no matter where you want to go in the greater Seattle area. When we go back to Seattle, we hope their place will be available.

Wonderful Luxury Getaway
We were so impressed with this property. It exceeded our expectations! The pictures were accurate and the place was spotless. The owners went above and beyond in anticipating guest's needs. They provided little things, like coffee pods, extra soups and shampoos. The owners were also very responsive to questions, even ones as simple as the best pizza around. I had forgotten some things there and they went out of their way to mail them to me. The property is beautiful and the Kirkland area was really cute with lots of shops and and places to eat, nested next to a small marina and waterway. We had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this property to others.

Fantastic location and property
Cannot speak more highly of the property, the great neighborhood and the hosts. Everything was perfect, and anything we needed was responded to incredibly quickly. My only regret is that I only rented the place for half a week and made plans to stay in Seattle the other half. I would not do that if I had a second chance. Just stay here. You will not regret it.

Overall our stay was great. Unfortunately we lost two days due to bad weather but once we arrived the rental was exactly as shown on the photos. It was nice having a kitchen and in-unit laundry facilities for our two-week stay. The owners were in contact with us during the stay to ensure everything was going well, which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property
We had to stay out of our house for a week during remodeling and chose Emir's property. It could not have worked out better. The unit is just like the photos, exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable. We work online and the internet was very fast and worked well. Communication with Emir was excellent. Would def stay here again.

First vrbo experience will have me coming back for more
Having never rented through VRBO I wasn’t sure what to expect. Any concerns I had quickly dissipated soon after my booking was made. Owners of the property were tremendously accommodating from the get go! Their quick responses and kindness reflected in their messages were truly appreciated. This property was easy to move into since it provided all of the necessities and more for a truly comfortable stay! The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and convenient. Inside the dwelling we experienced having all of the necessities in a home we could ask for and more. Comfortable beds, cleanliness, state of the art facilities and caring owners helped us to feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Not our first stay at this property. Quiet and relaxing. Suitable for 2 people. Most comfortable shower of any property I have stayed in. Comfortable living room space. Very clean and contemporary. Will likely stay here again on our next visit.

Surprise visit for my son’s birthday
My husband and I decided to surprise my son for his 30th birthday and fly into Seattle for the weekend. This is the first time I have booked a VRBO as I typically stay in 4/5 star hotels anywhere I travel. I looked at the reviews for this place and decided to take a leap of faith. I have to say that this home and my experience was absolutely fantastic! The home is brand spanking new, very clean and has the feel of a well cared for loved home with all the amenities you could ever need. I would highly recommend this home for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Kirkland or Redmond and only half an hour from downtown Seattle. I will definitely consider staying here again upon my next visit to Seattle area.

Very nice place. Much better than staying in a hotel.
Really liked this place. It was an easy 10 minute drive to our conference in Redmond. It worked out great for myself and my employee....way better than sharing a hotel room with him and much cheaper than getting us two rooms. Nicky was great throughout the whole process....thank you.

This is not one of the best.... It Is The Best!
The place marked itself as a highlight of our trip! My bf and I were completely fascinated by the taste of the owners --- spotless modern home in sophisticated west coast style and power smart eco-energy driven. If every rent unit listed here is considered a business, this piece of gem has my vote as the most successful one, as all its subtle details make the difference! The above-and-beyond thoughtfulness in each household piece would make you feel the quality of life! Thanks Nicky and Emir for making it a dream place for us. No doubt that this would be our only pick when visiting Seattle area again!

Perfect place - felt like home
First time staying in the Kirkland area. Close to downtown, shopping, and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. Place was as pictured- new, modern, and full of amenities. Would stay again!

Amazing
The house is just as described. Everything is modern and updated. The house was very clean and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror in a well lit area. Everything else was very well thought out and the house was fully stocked with everything else that you would need. This is one of the best vacation rentals that I have had.

Communication with Nicky was easy and the place is amazing! It had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We had no problem exploring from this location and would rebook if we were to visit the area again.

Perfect for our needs
My son and I truly loved our stay at this location. Everything about it was perfect for us. It is in a lovely neighborhood setting very close to downtown Kirkland, with easy access to Redmond, Edmonds, Bellevue, and Seattle. The space itself is very clean and lovely, with every need met from a well stocked kitchen to lovely bathrooms, an office space, very comfortable beds, and a very sweet outdoor deck area if you want to have your morning coffee outside. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! The owner met with us when we arrived and provided lots of helpful information about the surrounding areas, and also shared some of her favorite eating spots....which we checked out. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone checking out the area. We spent a lot of time downtown Kirkland - so beautiful and right on Lake Washington. So happy we discovered this place. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!
Nicky's place is so beautiful, warm and comfortable. My Mom stayed on the Murphys bed and found it very comfortable. The master bedroom is fantastic. Everything is new and was perfect for our mother/daughter getaway. The location is perfect as well with 405 very close. I highly recommend this place!
