Welcome to our contemporary guest house! The apartment is located on a quiet private street in the Rose Hill neighborhood of Kirkland. It is close to both downtown Kirkland and Redmond - a short walk to shops, parks and restaurants and offers quick and easy access to I-405. The perfect commute to all the major high-tech companies in the area.

Amazing 2 bedroom condo suite!

A gem in Kirkland
Spent a long weekend in Seattle. This property was fantastic, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the freeway and so quiet. My daughter and I had a great time. Definitely will rent again when in Seattle!!

Seattle Visit
Our first trip to Seattle to visit family that had recently moved to the area, and also see the local sites. Property was fantastic and exactly as promised - we couldn't have asked for more! Great location and we were centrally located for every where we wanted to go. And as we were visiting family, the deck was a nice bonus as they were able to stop over after we'd been out for dinner to catch up further and have a couple glasses of wine on the deck, one of my favorite evenings while we were there! I will certainly rent again next time I visit!!

Excellent condo!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with family at the condo! Everything was clean and stylish. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely stay at this condo again in the future.

Great Kirkland apartment
We stay for two months in this apartment and it could not have been better. The location was perfect for our purposes, the apartment was immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Nicky and Emir really are wonderful hosts and we will most definitely stay here on our next visit.

Perfect place in Kirkland
Nicki and Emir are exceptional hosts. Their place is not only upscale but also very comfortable. The location works well no matter where you want to go in the greater Seattle area. When we go back to Seattle, we hope their place will be available.

Wonderful Luxury Getaway
We were so impressed with this property. It exceeded our expectations! The pictures were accurate and the place was spotless. The owners went above and beyond in anticipating guest's needs. They provided little things, like coffee pods, extra soups and shampoos. The owners were also very responsive to questions, even ones as simple as the best pizza around. I had forgotten some things there and they went out of their way to mail them to me. The property is beautiful and the Kirkland area was really cute with lots of shops and and places to eat, nested next to a small marina and waterway. We had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this property to others.

Fantastic location and property
Cannot speak more highly of the property, the great neighborhood and the hosts. Everything was perfect, and anything we needed was responded to incredibly quickly. My only regret is that I only rented the place for half a week and made plans to stay in Seattle the other half. I would not do that if I had a second chance. Just stay here. You will not regret it.
