"Property was as pictured in listing. Listing did not specify that pool would be closed during our stay, so we had 3 very disappointed kids when we arrived. We did not receive check in instructions by noon on day of check in. Message sent on VRBO went unanswered. After a few attempts of calling the number listed we were able to talk with someone who did send check in instructions to my email. Shower did not drain.
