The general areas were clean and well kept. Parking garage was clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was old but some parts had been renovated and looked newer. The beds were comfortable and the floors were clean but the bathroom was filthy - pink slime all around the bathtub and the bottom of the shower curtain, soap scum and mold around the sink. It seemed like the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. For that reason, I would not stay here again.

Basic, clean hotel with a few quirks
This was an OK hotel at a 3* level. The rooms are adequate and rather large. The furnishings are basic and many obvious things are missing (hooks in the bathroom for towels, tea bags to go with the kettle and cups etc.) It is the same building as the First70 hotel, although that one gets to have a breakfast buffet whereas Noblepia guests must choose from one of 6 Korean seafood-based breakfast sets served across the street.

The property is close to most of the Seogwipo attractions. I do not usually write comments but I commend the English-speaking staff who reached out to help me about my flight booking. She offered her phone to be used for calling when the hotel room phone is not allowed to make outside calls. She also offered on changing the booking herself which is a trait that I like about this staff, being hospitable in its true sense.

Noblepia has the largest room among Seogwipo hotels and considers quarantine and cleanliness as the top priority for its uncomfortable and open view. Please watch the sunrise and sunset on our rooftop terrace. You can see such a beautiful view as Seongsan Ilchulbong. :) Also, our Noblepia Hotel is located in the middle of Seogwipo, where you can easily access any travel destination ^^ Thank you so much for using our Noblepia hotel and for leaving a precious review. Clean, spacious room
My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The hotel room is spacious and clean. However, there was a lack of pillows (the rooms didn’t have extra pillows and the reception wasn’t able to provide more pillows), they didn’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush but thankfully the CU convenience store at level 1 had those items. The staff were friendly and helpful in other areas, but only 1 person could speak a good level of English. We loved the location and proximity to a row of restaurants, but parking was an issue because the parking was full for all the 5 nights. We had to park at a multi storey carpark (which was also very full) that is 100-150m away and pay for parking first and thereafter claim from the front desk.

무난하게 괜찮은 호텔입니다.
아이가 있어서 온돌 방을 찾고 있었는데 근처 시장도 있고 온돌 방도 있어서 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 주차장이 복잡해 보였긴 하나 밤 8시 이후로 복잡하다는 이야기를 들어서 그전에 들어갔더니 괜찮네요 화장실?에서 특유의 냄새가 나서 처음 체크인 했을 때 냄새가 조금 났구요. 일출을 볼 수 있다고 해서 갔는데 비가 와서 볼 수가 없었네요ㅠ 청결은,,전체적으로는 깨끗했으나 상 밑에 먼지 뭉치들이 있었습니다 조식도 맞은편 식당에서 먹으니 맛있었고 아이 식사도 나쁘지 않았어요 전체적으로 이용하기에는 큰 불편함이 없어서 다음에 제주도 방문시 재방문할 의사는 있습니다.

프론트에 있는 직원들도친절하고 청소도 잘해주고 주차도만족하고 시장근처라 만족합니다. 다만 조식을 4일이용했는데 반찬이 4일동안 똑같아서 그것빼면 만족스러움

노블피아는 서귀포 호텔 중 제일 큰 객실을 보유하고 있으며 답답하지 않고 탁 트인 전망으로 객실의 방역 및 청결을 최우선으로 생각하고 있습니다.저희 옥상 테라스 에서는 일출 일몰도 꼭 보셨으면 합니다. 성산일출봉 저리가라 할정도 아름다운 뷰를 보실수 있습니다. :)또한 저희 노블피아 호텔은 서귀포 중간으로 어느 여행지나 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 좋은 위치 입니다 저희 노블피아 호텔을 이용해 주시고 소중한 후기까지 남겨주셔서 너무 감사합니다.다음 만남이 이루어질수 있도록 준비 잘하고 기다리겠습니다. 감사합니다.
