"Bright, airy, cheerful, spacious...comfortably accommodated our family of five, with room for the youngest to do cartwheels in the living room. Some signs of wear on the cupboard doors and such just beginning, a bit of mold starting in the bathroom grout, but the sliding doors and windows seem new, sturdy, and function smoothly, and overall cleanliness very good. "건물이 오래되긴 했어도 조금씩 리뉴얼 해서 유지하려는 리조트 노력은 보이지만, 바닥에 머리카락이 많이 떨어져 있고, 의자에 모래가 있는 등 청소는 깨끗하게 못했어요. 프런트에 말씀 드리니깐 방을 바꿔주긴 했습니다만, 바꾼 방이 조금 낫긴해도 조금 아쉬운 부분이 있습니다. 영실코스 가려고 잡은 방인데, 영실 코스 갈 분 아니면 그다지 추천은 못할 것 같아요."

"The check in person was very courteous. Everything was well explained including breakfast buffet. Upon initial inspection of the room we found couple of women's hair inside the bed. I called the front desk and they apologized several times. They replaced the entire bed linings. Other than this incident everything was awesome. I can't emphasize enough how everyone working at the hotel were courteous and friendly. The facility is also beautiful. Nice landscape and awesome pool. I highly recommend this true five star hotel."
