“This is our go-to hotel when traveling to Pigeon Forge with our 3 grandchildren, ages 15, 14, 9. The facility is well maintained, totally family friendly and accommodates all age groups. Our check in was easy, Sandra was extremely welcoming, very friendly. The gentleman who brought up our roll away was friendly and even offered to set it up if needed. I failed to get his name but each and every time we're there, he is always friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was plentiful, many options……

“This hotel sits right on the main road and across the street from a busy heliport. The noise is loud and persistent. The pool areas were very nice but the plastic chairs and loungers need a good cleaning. Shade is limited around the outdoor water features. My room was supposed to accomodate four with one king bed and a pull out sofa. Bed was nice. Sofa was not. It is very low to the ground meaning this old lady could not get up and down from it without help. Also, it is just a 2 seater and it is……
