There are split units in the bedroom and living room for air conditioning, which is important almost year-round in Texas, and they did the job well. Parking was best suited for one vehicle, but you could get more in there. The back yard is spacious, but there is a pile of wood by the fence, and the fence has holes in it, so if you are bringing a dog, you may want to keep this...
