"Came to town for the Byron Nelson tournament at TPC Craig Ranch. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk to the golf course and plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. The apartment is as described, clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay!"

"It was nice and clean and quiet. One thing missing was a closet. We stayed for a week and had to keep all our clothes in the suitcase . Upon arrival on the property we had a difficult time finding the place because of poor lighting. There were no towel racks in the bathroom . Maybe that could be looked into. However: I would consider staying with you again."

"We booked this property for Spring Break with family! The communication throughout the stay and prior to booking was great! The property looks exactly as listed. Nice and clean! Location was great and located near great restaurants and shopping! The only thing that caught us off guard was the 3 story climb we had to take, and the noisy toilet! "Rustic with old appliances and window units for airconditioning. Clean sheets, towels, kitchen. Burner on stove don't all work and what ever I cooked it stuck to pans (I would update pans). Wonderful deck and access to lake with fire pit and tables and chairs. Pet friendly which our dogs and cats loved. Plenty of parking and very quiet. Neighbors not very close which gave us privacy as well."

"Overall a good stay, very quiet and it was good for what I needed for the week. I found a few hairs on the counter and in the shower that were not mine, and the dishes seemed sticky when I got there but were fine after a wash. The gym was great and conveniently located, and the neighborhood was nice to walk around."

"Cleaner than most! This is a very small efficiency apartment that seems spacious. Very well appointed with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access. No central heat/AC (window unit and space heater). A few minor repairs needed. We had a good stay here. Would recommend to others."
