Beach condo
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great size for the two of us, well stocked, very clean and a short walk to a gorgeous beach. Tammy responded quickly to our questions and requests. We definitely plan on coming back next spring.

This is one of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. Incredible attention to detail as it was well-stocked with anything you might need. We appreciated that the cookware was in excellent condition as well. It had all the essentials, plus extra amenities like the adjustable bed. The patio furniture was upgraded and the back breezeway to vehicle being covered was a great area to store beach things so that we didn’t track sand into the unit. Not all units have that. The owner communicated very well and we appreciated the hospitality. We’re local and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you.

Amazing Condo on Siesta Key
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Crescent Beach is our favorite on Siesta Key and this condo did not disappoint! Super clean, well stocked with everything you need and right on the gorgeous beach - and with the free trolley into the village having a stop directly across the street it is the PERFECT location! We will definitely be back!

Fun at the beach
We were in Siesta Key to celebrate my husbands birthday. The condo did not disappoint. It’s perfect for a couple. It was just steps from the beach and 2 community pools. It was very convenient to everything. It was beautifully decorated and felt very cozy and comfy. We would definitely reserve this property for a future weekend getaway.

We had a great time at Casa Mar! Stayed at a different location last year and definitely liked the ground level less crowded fell of the property. DEFINITELY more family oriented, as there were a couple groups staying there. Will definitely look into returning to Casa Mar in th future! Also, the front door covered parking is a big plus!

A very nice place to stay. Unit is closer to road side than beach. A decent hike to beach if you are limited physically. 2 pools on property beautiful and very well maintained. Grounds were also impeccable. Unit was nicely decorated and updated. Great for a couple.

Fantastic property in a quieter resort
What a beautiful condo. Pics were very accurate. Well furnished & clean with comfy furniture & bed, gorgeous decor, kitchen was decently stocked. There were a few games & a 2nd TV in the bedroom. From the condo to the ocean was appx 650 steps. The beach area closest to condo was private for Casa Mar & there was a place to wash your feet & bench to sit. There were 2 covered pavilions which were great for those who don’t want sun, and lounge chairs. We didn’t play shuffleboard (2) or use the pools (2), but the water was warm. The beach by Casa Mar wasn’t as busy as the areas on either side, which was so nice. It was also really quiet & well kept up. There are free shuttles you can use (cash tips). My sister & I really enjoyed our trip. The only down side (minor) was the water pressure in shower & we learned to start the shower a couple of minutes before getting in so it was hotter (must be a tankless heater?) We would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again!

Gretchen and Webb's Siesta Key getaway!!!
We had a great time and the unit was great. Very clean, well decorated and you could not beat the location. Walk out the door, turn left, walk a short distance (and I mean short) and you were on the beach. The Neighbors were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will be back again, that's for sure

Perfect location, wonderful grounds
Cozy, beautifully decorated condo. Loved the patio area and the common grounds space. Short walk to the sand, so convenient to have chairs provided on the beach. Bathroom space was small. Could use a bit more lighting in the condo. Overall everything was wonderful, would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect. They utilized every inch of space within, Walking distance to the beach which is a very large, two great pools and shuffleboard. Plenty of transportation to get around town, this condo is absolutely fantastic for a very quiet get away.

Everything you need for a wonderful beachside stay!
Everything promised on point. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc is great. Crescent Beach is beautiful & is only a short walk. Property provides beach chairs. Sand is the softest white & water was clear to 6’+. We had a wonderful time!

I was so impressed with this little condo. I was staying alone, but it would be perfect for a couple. The bed was so comfy, I slept amazing! Loved the friendly atmosphere of the complex, enjoyed the 2 pools and gorgeous Siesta Beach mere steps away from the quaint back patio. I'm dying to get back to this place!

Quick Anniversary Getaway
My wife and I spent a few days here for our anniversary and we had an awesome time. The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed inside and was only a couple minute walk from the beautiful white sandy beach. When we weren’t on the beach we took the Siesta Key Trolley down to the village where the variety of restaurants and quality was very good. There isn’t 1 thing we’d change and will definitely consider staying here again. This was our first time on the island and we’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful Siesta Key
The unit is well taken care of and clean, with all the comforts of home. The complex has many amenities to enjoy during your visit. The complex is in a great location on the beach, just know that Siesta Key beach is a very wide beach and it takes many steps to reach the water. Oh! Don't forget your quarters for the coin laundry.

Perfect little spot!!
My husband & I stayed in Unit 61 for an extended weekend as a gift from my company. We had another couple staying next door at Palm Bay, so it was perfect! Casa Mar is a beautiful & perfect place to stay! You walk right onto the private beach and take a trolley into the village. We cooked out one night as well. I highly recommend checking out the Drum Circle on the Siesta Key public beach, amazing experience! We would definitely come stay here again!

Great place. Wish they had a ramp to the beach… hubby is in wheel chair… a ramp to the sand and a Matt to drive to the pavilion would of made our stay perfect. But other than that it was fabulous. The pool was perfect, very clean!

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. This unit has updated furniture and all of the appliances to make a vacation easy and relaxing. Very poor Wi-Fi service. Every morning the fitted bedsheets had pulled away from the corners . Toilet bowl had black mold like drips in it . Other than those issues the condo was very nice .

Condo was perfect for two!
This was our first time on Siesta Key and this condo was perfect. Easy to access, perfect for two people, and close/easy access to beach. Pool areas were nice. Property is well maintained. Trolley stop right in front of complex for care-free rides to the Village or Turtle Beach or anywhere in between. Would definitely stay here again.
