Loved listening to the rapids outside my balcony all night . So relaxing.
Good location in downtown Frisco. Restaurants are close by and nice mountain background. Also close to reservoir and bike path.
Breakfast is very minimal and Lighting in the hotel room was a very low intensity. Room felt dark even with all the lights on.
Liked all the employees, breakfast needed fresh eggs. Room smelled a bit, mostly the bathroom.
It’s small, but it’s very clean and close to food.
We stayed at the Grant Motel for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the Motel manager and the cleanliness of the room. The motel is dog friendly, which was nice as we were able to bring our furry friend. I would recommend this place to others.
Great stay. Very clean and spacious. Needs a few touch ups here and there, paint, heat in bathroom, but overall it was great. I would stay there again.
Decent place to spend the night. Clean. Our bed was a bit soft but we slept well. Mom &Pop place in a pretty expensive ski/tourist area. Lockers for skis. Typical continental breakfast fare. Rooms are bare-bone, Super 8ish. No phone! Make sure your cell is charged to get the Wi-Fi password! Driveway ...
Super clean and pleasant to stay in! We loved our stay especially since it was only a couple of minutes away from Loveland where we went to snowboard. We definitely would stay again.
