“This was our second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it if you are looking to stay for a longer period of time. A big benefit is that it is easily accessable to the 118 freeway (entrance/exit is right next door). ”

“Hotel room was spacious and clean. I booked the 2 queen beds with the sofa pull out and it fit my husband and I along with our 3 boys for a World Series tournament. Costco is across the street, Walmart is walking distance. Perfect location right off the freeway. ”

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
