There is no swimming pool in the premises, the hardwood floors were cracked and damaged, the bathtub was repainted over and over again and paint was peeling and looked gross, the curtains were ripped and stained, stains on one of the chairs and it just made it feel like it’s a rundown place. They have Big Rig trucks and trailers and car haulers all around the parking lots and the trucks make a lot of noise all throughout the night and shake the room as we were on the second floor and you can feel the vibrations and noise of the Trucks driving in and out. Please don’t use this on Expedia as it gives it a bad name. Also down stairs there seemed to be permanent renters and living out the rooms so they look at all the incomers and guests staying in the rooms. He said he does not work with Expedia and could not find any hint of a reservation. He could not find it on his computer. He said he would not honor it. I assured him the dog (9 pound Yorky) could then stay in the car.He told me to leave his hotel. I asked to please let me stay, it was raining, could I jthen just set up my computer and find another hotel? He insisted that I leave immediately and he had the right to remove anyone from his hotel. He told me to leave and I mouthed off a "FU" I was scared, and frightened. I am 79 years of age. I am 4"10", I weight 119pounds. I am not or never will be a threat to anyone. I asked him if we could just reason this out. He told me to leave immediately.
