Lock box failed. Couldnt lock house!
All was well until the lockbox failed. Contacted owner who tried to contact his son toncone ove and repalce batteries. This never happened. Wenwere in town for a graduation and didnt have time to wait around. Had to leave door unlocked with our pets and belongings in the home. It was stressful and time consuming. Inwould hope tonget aome compensation for our time.

Not an enjoyable stay
We arrived and noticed right away trash on the side of the house piled up, smell inside of maybe smoke, unkempt backyard, beds weren't made properly, with no sheets, a lot of bugs big bugs inside the house and out, couldn't even step outside so many mosquitoes so we left early and didn't complete our stay. I understand there's bugs in this area but afterwards we were able to get into the house that we purchased and I have not gotten bug bit once since then after staying in the VRBO house my legs are chewed up my arms are chewed up from bug bites It was horrible. The microwave was broken and did not work.

if you definitely wanna stay near the beach but not directly on it i would definitely book here such a sweet owner and very communicative 100% would recommend definitely will stay here again!

Great location
This property is a great location. 15 min out of the craziness of downtown, so not much traffic. Close enough to the beach. Spacious yard for a dog to roam. Felt very safe, has two ring cameras. One in front and one out back, with motion sensor lights. Would stay again!
