“Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home……

“Even at 2/5 stars, there were a few positives. The location is excellent—being directly on the strand with unobstructed ocean views was the highlight of our stay. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. We did not receive access instructions until about an hour after check-in, which was frustrating, though the host did call to apologize. The parking spot itself was useful, but the listing should clearly state that it is tandem parking and requires coordination with the other……
