Amazing!!
We recently stayed at Andrea's villa, and it was an absolute delight. The swimming pool was undeniably the highlight – vast in size and perfect for both relaxation and fun. The villa boasted numerous shaded areas, ideal for those moments when we wanted to retreat from the sun's intensity. The sprawling space was perfect for the children to freely run around and indulge in their playful antics. Inside, the villa was equipped with almost everything we could have hoped for. However, one area of improvement would be the air conditioning. Although the rooms had fans, they couldn’t combat the warmth, especially during the nights, making our sleep somewhat uncomfortable on hotter days. Location-wise, a car is essential for accessing the nearby shops and beach. But this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the beauty of the place and the warmth of our host. Andrea was an exceptional host, offering us a plethora of recommendations, from the best restaurants and beaches to local shops. Throughout our stay, he was attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and well-informed. All in all, our experience was memorable. Despite the minor hiccup with cooling, we wholeheartedly had a fabulous time and would highly recommend Andrea's villa to anyone seeking a serene getaway.

Simply fantastic
Six of us have just returned and we had a fantastic time. The villa is exactly as in the pictures, the pool is large and there are any number of places to sit and relax, eat or sunbathe, there is even a bar with fridge by the pool. The location is good, being only a few minutes from the Catania/Siracusa dual carriageway and only a short distance from Siracusa. This meant we could do quite a bit of siteseeing when not relaxing. There are several shops a couple of miles away and a very nice restaurant fifteen minutes walk away. Andrea was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We all had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful spacious villa
We had a lovely fortnight in Andrea’s villa. The villa and pool/grounds are all very spacious and well equipped. The villa looks even better in person with some of the decor/furniture being updated since the photos. Andrea was a great host and very helpful with anything we needed. We would love to return in the future!

Abbiamo avuto una vacanza meravigliosa a questa casa; è molto privato ma in un’ottima posizione. Andrea (anche Vera e Paolo) era sempre utile. Consigliamo il ristorante Villa Casale come un buon ristorante locale. Ci è piaciuto molto Noto, Palazzolo Acreide e la spiaggia di Eloro. Grazie mille Andrea.

Lovely base for exploring this corner of Sicily
This place is a fantastic base to use for exploring this lovely area. The house has a nice homely feel and is very roomy. The pool and outdoor areas are particularly good with a portico for outdoor dining and a variety of different sitting areas allowing you to get shade or sunshine any time of day. The BBQ area was particularly good being covered and with a full outdoor kitchen facility. The pool was deep and well maintained by our host Andrea. Andrea was a perfect host communicating with us to let us know in advance when he needed to come to the property for pool maintenance or any other tasks. Andrea was exceptionally helpful for anything we needed and had good local knowledge. In terms of the area, the Penny Market is close by and open long hours, it stocks most of what you would need. The house is only about 20 minutes from Syracuse, a city that we really fell in love with. There is a good and very popular restaurant nearby called Villa del Castle, if you want to eat out. All in all this was a super place to stay and made for a very memorable holiday in Sicily

Great villa, plenty of space and brilliant pool
Firstly Andrea, is an excellent host.so discreet and yet very helpful. He didn’t intrude at all and gave us privacy, but at the same time was there if we needed him at all. This was a brilliant holiday for us. We stayed as two family’s with five children between us, aged 9months to nearly six. Very safe garden for them all to wonder. The pool is great, very deep at one end and not fenced off. So you have to watch the kids....but not really an issue for us as we where all always outside anyway. Brilliant eating spots in different areas of the garden. Great market to visit in the morning at Siracusa. Loads of fresh food and well worth visiting as only 20mins away. Noto is also a must see and is only 45mins. We also loved a beach called Eloro. Great for the children, plenty of crabs and fish to see. And was only a five minute walk from the parking. We drove to see mount etna, which was 1hour 20mins. It is worth the visit and we actually had one overcast day whilst there and so did this trip on that day. The villa was well equipped and had all that we needed. We all stayed in the main house but there is also a separate annexe sleepei Thankyou Andrea xxx

Très grande maison bien située
Immense maison avec beaucoup d'intimité pour 2 couples, petites maison à côté avec salle de bain, vraiment bien située pour visiter syracuse, ragusa, m Noto Modica , Ispica , Catane et l'Etna. Andrea très sympathique, grande piscine bref le paradis!

Andrea est un hôte aux petits soins du début à la fin du séjour. Il est très disponible La maison est au calme, grande, fonctionnelle et toute équipée. Très belle piscine, même si nous n'en avons peu profité début mai. La literie est de bonne qualité aussi.

Schönes, großes Objekt, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und in das Objekt eingewiesen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Vom Vermieter wurden und sehr nützliche Tips über Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Insgesamt können wir das Objekt weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique piscine
Nous avons passer une superbe semaine la maison est très bien ,spacieuse nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine qui est au top et tous les extérieurs beaucoup d endroits divers pour ce poser ou manger . Les deux seul points un peu négatif sont qu’il ni a pas de clim et ça manque vraiment surtout pour dormir la chaleur est forte et juste à coter des chiens abois toute la nuit . Sinon l hôtes et très gentil réactif et arrangeant merci encore Andrea

Geweldig verblijf
We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het huis van Andrea. Het was ruim, schoon en goed onderhouden. Bij aankomst werd ons alles uitgelegd en tijdens het verblijf werd ons nogmaals gevraagd of alles naar wens was en hebben we nog wat leuke tips gekregen. Het zwembad was heerlijk en het was fijn dat er een barretje met koelkast naast was. Geen last van buren en het terrein was afgesloten met een hek. Ook erg fijn. Prachtige omgeving en een goede locatie om vanuit daar dingen te ondernemen. Andrea was heel aardig en probeerde het ons echt naar onze zin te maken. Absoluut aan te raden!!

Huis met prachtige tuin en heel mooi zwembad. Verschillende mooie zitjes en mooie ligbedjes rond het zwembad. Ruim opgezet huis. Netjes maar gedateerd interieur. Keuken goed uitgerust. Prima bedden. Geen airconditioning, maar wel in alle ruimtes ventilatoren. Vriendelijke gastheer.

Tolles Haus und tolle Anlage
Ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen, gepflegten Anlage. Ein großer Pool inkl. Sprungbrett und eine klasse Aussicht vom Hausdach runden die Sache ab. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und man kann auf Liegestühlen die Sonne genießen. Betten und Bäder sind in Ordnung. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt genug Parkmöglichkeiten für mehrere Autos. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Andrea ist sehr gut. Er ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Supermärkte und die nächste kleine Stadt sind wenige Autominuten entfernt. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in Solarino.

Un magnifique séjour ! Vivons dehors !
Ce très beau gîte est tourné vers l’extérieur avec plusieurs espaces différents à utiliser à loisir selon les moments de la journée. La piscine est royale, avec douches extérieures et vestiaire (incluant des toilettes), et plongeoir. Tout l’espace est éclairé le soir, parking, abords de la piscine, salon de jardin, espace barbecue... Andrea est un hôte très attentionné et très accueillant. Nous étions 10 (2 couples et des ados) : un couple a dormi dans le canapé-lit du séjour qui n’a pas de volets. Les ados ont bien profité de leur autonomie dans la dépendance équipée de sa salle de bain. Les terrasses sur le toit de la citerne et sur le toit de la maison sont aussi des endroits charmants pour les discussions de fin de soirée... Nous avons pu facilement visiter Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Ragusa, l’Etna ; nous recommandons la plage de Calamosche (elle mérite ses 20 min de marche). Bref, chacun trouve facilement son bonheur dans ce petit paradis dont Andrea est le gardien aux petits soins. On recommande chaleureusement !

Nice House very well located
Beautiful and quiet place, amazing pool ! Location is perfect to visit Syracuse and South East of Sicily. 1h driving from the Etna and 45mn from Catania. I recommend the place also because of the kindness of Andrea, the owner.

Toller Pool, tolle Außenanlagen, sehr netter Vermieter!!!
Der Pool ist wirklich großartig, reicht zum Schwimmen und ist tief genug zum Springen. Die Außenanlage ist sehr großzügig mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Bis auf ein paar bellende Hunde ist es sehr ruhig in der Umgebung. Andrea war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und haben ihn sehr genossen.
