“Good ”

“First room we were assigned was ghastly. Dirty and stains everywhere. Balcony curtains were brown and the bedding had black stains on it. The overhead light didn't even work. We did request another room and the girl working the night shift was accommodating. The second room was cleaner, but the toilet seat was broken and the mini fridge was useless. The seal around the door had a gap. House keeping didn't show up to our room once during our 5 day stay despite putting the plackard on the door……

“It was okay”

“It was labeled a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk was rude and the hotel itself was outdated and deluxe is definitely wrong.”

“Hotel room and areas are a little dated, but are clean. There is a pool, but we did not use it during this visit. Was nice to have it as on option. We used as base to visit Newport, which worked out very well. There are options for dining in nearby towns. Definitely recommend Jukebox cafe for breakfast, and The Aviary Restaurant for dinner. Food was excellent at both, and much more reasonable than what we paid to eat in Newport. ”
