As I walked in the first thing I noticed was how unclean the hallway was, stairs not vacuumed. The condition of the room was fair at best, unfinished areas in the bathroom and ripped furniture

Did not tell me the breakfast time and breakfast was banana and coffe and orange apple. No much to select. Did not tell me nothing about pool. And water was dirty on the pool. And ants in the bedroom and bathroom. Not recommend to stay.

The location is great if you are interested in going to sites in both RI and Mass. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Those are all strong points. The pool looks good too. I didn't use it but one of my windows faced it. Things I didn't like included the condition of the tub. Although the top was fine, the floor looked old and dirty. I think the stains were so deep that one couldn't eliminate them through cleaning. The drain was damaged too. Also, I woke up very early one morning and took a cool shower. The problem was that I wanted a warm shower. There was no hot water. Regarding the area, it was okay. There were people awake all night outside, which seemed a bit sketchy. Plus, the entrance where I stayed stunk like pot. It was really strong.

Quick check-in at the hotel, the place is quite big so it took a while to reach our rooms at the back but the conditions of the room were pretty good so we were satisfied

Had an amazing vacation here. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Only issue I have is they don't serve a warm breakfast . They only had coffee and fruit for breakfast.
