We loved our stay at this beautiful House. It was very well-kept and clean, and the hostess was very nice. The setting was very quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was wonderful. Definitely a good Value.

Stephanie the inn keeper was so amazing! This place is so cute and the food was delicious. She even made us to go food since we were going to leave super early on our last day. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to South Bend.

While in South Bend, Innisfree B&B is a must!
An absolutely lovely B&B and Stephanie was a wonderful host. She even packed us a breakfast to go because we had to depart very early in the morning.

The Irish experience in South Bend
A wonderful place to stay for a visit to Noter Dame. Stephanie, the owner, was a superb host. From upgrading us to a larger room, providing a delicious breakfast, telling of the history of the house, giving restaurant recommendations that were spot on, to offering to make us a breakfast to go as we were leaving very early on our last day. Stephanie could not have done better. Thank you so much - a great bucket list trip for my son, grandson and me.

Cool Victorian home
The house is very historic and beautiful. The host was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great and timed to our needs. As this is an old house, the bathrooms are shared and there are stairs to navigate. Nonetheless, it is a great place to stay with those limitations.

What a delightful B&B. This place reminded me of my stay in Kilkenny, and is truly a Celtic B&B. The rooms were filled with history and intrigue. The room was a good size, clean, and perfect for my stay. This travel was for my son's graduation from ND - this was the perfect venue for me. It was so close to the university but far enough away that it was quiet. The breakfast by Stephanie was amazing and truly gourmet. I loved this place and will go back for sure.

This is a charming old house, decorated appropriate to its age and its theme (Irish), but very comfortable and homey. Stephanie was quite friendly and helpful, and her husband even gave me a ride to the Notre Dame campus.

Great Bed and Breakfast!!
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. As we were attending the Garth Brooks concert at Notre Dame Stadium. What a beautiful place! Loved the architecture and "Victorian" look and feel. The owners are super nice! They gave guests rides to the concert and picked them up, so we didn't have to pay the outrageous parking prices. It was a great weekend and I would definitely stay there again, if I was in the area! And the breakfast was fantastic!!

It is a very charming old style house with very intricate decorations. Loved the old-fashioned reading room and library included. Stephanie was a most gracious hostess and created amazing full breakfasts each morning. So much history to see and enjoy. Also very convenient location to local attractions.

Did not realize the shared bathroom was down the hall, not a bathroom in the room. There was running water in the bathtub, but the shower did not work.

Our apologies! We have gotten the shower fixed. We’re also refunding 50% of your bill. On your next stay we’ll provide a complimentary upgrade to one of our rooms with an en suite bathroom (if they are not all occupied) and another free night for a multiple night stay.

Lovely historic National Register Victorian so close to the very walkable city center. The interior is wonderful, antique-filled, and our family room in the attic was warm and cozy. The owner was friendly, informative, and the full breakfast and coffee/tea she provided were delicious. The only thing that concerned me was the exterior needed a bit of work, but overall a great place to stay and linger.

Breakfast was good. The room was ice cold, we were given an electric heater to warm it. We were told if we had our room at normal temperature by the thermostat, we would cook the 3rd floor...we were on the 2nd. i would request that they pre-warm the room in the winter time. 57 degrees was to low:(

A nice heritage B&B with friendly owners and fantastic breakfast (weekends). Rooms and beds were on the smaller side, but with chic vintage decor. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Winter Classic weekend
Stephanie was fabulous. She sat with us and shared all of the history of the home and it was remarkable . Close to everything on our bucket list. My first time at a B&B and didn't know that we wouldn't have a private bathroom. But it was a full house and not once was it unavailable. She's a great cook too!

We stayed the weekend of Nov. 9th. Stephanie was great. Breakfast was awesome. Stephanie provided breakfast to go for us on Sunday for our trip to the airport!! She also provided hand warmers for the game for all of us (our large group of 6!) Close to Notre Dame for the game that weekend.

Quaint B&B close to the college. Stephanie was wonderful. Breakfast was well done. Coffee and tea were provided all day. South Bend was experiencing record lows for that time of year so our room was a little chilly. There was a space heater that worked nicely so we weren’t uncomfortable.

Lovely Inn, can be loud
It is a lovely Inn, walking distance to downtown South Bend. It is not soundproof, and can be quite loud when all the rooms are full. Depending on the guests, the noise level and shared bathroom can be a challenge. I recommend ear plugs.

shower didn't work and TV didn't get but one channel; breakfast was only continental style - bad because have of a B & B is a great breakfast which this place did not provide! Way too expensive for what we received here.
