This was a disaster. The property describes itself on its website as an extended stay-type facility. I was travelling on business and booked expecting to be able to cater for myself, and work from my room. However, the description and photos of the room were not accurate. Most amenities listed were not present (no flatware, dishes, tea/coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.), not even paper cups. Bed was made with thin, worn, poor quality linens, with 1 pillow with no pillowcase. No chair. 1 small towel and threadbare face cloth. No toilet paper! Eventually I was provided with 2 covered pillows, 2 towels,1 roll of toilet paper. Room was acceptably clean but very worn and shabby. All that said, front desk staff were great and seemed genuinely embarrassed by the situation - I actually felt sorry for them. They agreed the room was not as described and inferred that none of the rooms were. I checked in on Friday afternoon and was told that there was no manager on duty then, or over the weekend. They claimed management had tried to correct the description, but that nothing had actually been changed. I had booked for 4 nights but left after 2 as soon as other accommodation in the area became available (because of a football game at Notre Dame Uni. all places were fully booked). My booking was non-refundable, but after 1 1/2 hours of a chat session with Hotels.com and a follow up session after I returned from the trip, I received a partial refund for the 2 nights I did not stay there.
