Friendly and clean

I cannot believe I got this hotel for such a cheap price! It’s in a great location, located by everything. It also has wonderful rooms and clean. And the check-in desk was very friendly. Glad I chose this place. Will definitely return.

Need fan in every bathroom (exhaust fan)

We stayed for three days in different different room at this hotel. We notice there wasn’t any bathroom fan (exhaust fan). It was very awkward in morning (doing daily routine) when one person in bathroom and other person is still in bed or in room.

Hello M. We have a central exhaust system throughout the hotel that runs 24 hours a day. It doesn't make the loud noises that other kinds of exhaust fans make. Infact most of our guests do prefer that our set up is silent. I apologize if this was inconvenient to you. .

I love this hotel I'm a truck driver & have family in Indy & spend 2-3 nights at a time & this hotel has ample parking for semi trucks. Easy off & on to highway & the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is decent but could probably be kicked up a notch on the wknds. Great restaurants in the area & Walmart is across the street it's great!!

Great hotel close to the highway

Pros: Very clean and quiet
Cons: Elevator was out of service but other than that it was great!
Location: Many places to eat near by and very quick pizza delivery from Dominoes. Close to the highway as well.
Very nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and the room was great! Can not beat the value of this hotel for the cost. Breakfast was included and was very good as well.

The hotel is right up against the busy highway. It is going through a remodeling. Needs it.

As for being close to the highway we chose our location to provide convenience to many of our guests that need to be close to downtown Indianapolis. Comfortable bed, great breakfast!! Friendly staff, walls seemed a bit thin but they were remodeling.

Lost Reservation

Pros: Close to food
Cons: Intelligence of staff. It is obvious, someone messed up....
Location: eat
Our school was taking 16 students to Indianapolis for a convention/performance. We booked 6 rooms through Expedia and received confirmation. We even called the hotel the night before we left to confirm and verify credit card to be used. Once arriving at midnight, we were told we only had reservations for 1 room. Two hours later we decided to cancel our Expedia and just pay for 6 rooms at that hotel. We then had to find reservations for another hotel and move our stuff for out final night of the trip. The staff at this hotel, although in the long run were not terribly rude, we found to be lacking in motivation to determine cause of problem or solve. It took the young lade almost 45 minutes to finally check us in, as she did everything by hand.... who does this now days? Also our equipment trailer was broken into at this hotel. I would not recommend.

Hello Charlotte, Im very sorry to hear that this was your experience staying here. We do not know why your reservations weren't all pushed through into our system. We have definitely provided coaching to our staff so that they can be efficient when handling situations when the servers between us and Expedia are not communicating properly. As for your trailer incident, there was someone in the area that unfortunately was targeting hotel parking lots. Several hotels in the area were hit.The police have caught the person responsible and we have not had an issue since. It is not the norm and I do apologize this happened to you during your stay. Although we cannot change the outcome of your stay, we really do hope that you would give us another chance to show you we have improved and that we would really look forward to accommodating you.
