-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed.
-No candles permitted in the condo
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated

Beautiful Rooftop Condo
The condo was amazing with beautiful views and everything that you needed. It seems like it is brand new and very clean with modern design and appliances. Will definitely stay there again.

Best terrace and balcony in south padre
Beautiful condo with amazing outdoor space. Very spacious terrace. That sits 20 stories up in the sky with panoramic views of the water in the gulf and the bay. outdoor dining table, lounge, chairs, hot tub, pergola, the works! We have stayed at two other penthouses on the island and prefer this unit by far.
