over the top hospitality
in Merano, they speak German. the Hotel Zima is wonderful, but not Italian. bedding, style, and manner is German. the most wonderful of that is that your breakfast has about 50 separate offering: multiple meats, cheese, breads, cereals, fruits, sweets, veggies, teas, coffees... the staff is very friendly and helpful

Great combination of small and friendly
The hotel was on a local bus route (#4) and also not a bad walk from the center of town so we enjoyed our stay immensely and felt like locals, using the bus. The host family was very gracious and helpful, breakfasts were fabulous, pool was very welcome after days of hiking, balconies looked out over a small vineyard. My only possible complaint was that if our neighbors had been noisy, we would have heard them. As it turned out, everyone was quiet and we were exhausted so slept very well.

Super leuk en knus hotel met top service!
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Hotel Zima. De ontvangst was erg hartelijk en de service is super! Erg leuk en verzorgd familie hotel met zeer vriendelijke eigenares en medewerkers. Mooie kamers en een heerlijk ontbijt. Een aanbevelingswaardig hotel.

Fast perfekt!
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut; das Personal sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. WLAN ist nur in der Nähe der Rezeption möglich. Über einen bequemen Sessel würde ich mich nicht nur in diesem Hotel sehr freuen!

Wohlgefühl
Wir wollten die Umgebung von Meran kennenlernen, vor allem beim Wandern. Natürlich sollte das einheimische Essen und Trinken dabei nicht zu kurz kommen.

Hotel unter familiärer Leitung mit schönem historischen Interieur, die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hatte ein geräumiges Tageslichtbad und einen Balkon, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksangebot, die Wellnesseinrichtungen haben wir aufgrund unseres Kurzaufenthaltes nicht genutzt

Frühstücksparadies + Ausgezeichneter Service
Wir haben am 12. September eine Nacht im Hotel Zima in Merano verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr liebenswürdig, das Zimmer sehr konfortabell, sauber und hell mit einer tollen Lage auf einen grossen Garten, daher auch völlig ruhig. Doch das ganz besondere an diesem Hotel ist neben der äusserst liebenswürdigen und zugleich persönlichen Betreuung der Gäste das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet: Wir sind ein weitgereistes Ehepaar im Rentneralter, ziemlich anspruchsvoll, haben aber noch selten eine solch unwahrscheinlich grosse Auswahl an Delikatessen, hausgebackenen Kuchen und Torten, verschiedensten Früchten und Kernen für ein wunderbares Müsli angeboten bekommen bekommen. Ein wahres Frühstücksparadies für gross und klein! Wir können dieses kleine vom Besitzer selbst verwalteteHotel bestens empfehlen und werden auf jeden jeden Fall ins Zima zurückkehren!

Hotel Zima di Merano - Relax e cortesia
Siamo stati in questo Hotel nel mese di luglio/agosto 2011; abbiamo trovato un ambiente famigliare dove i proprietari ti fanno sentire come a casa propria. La struttura è ben tenuta, ci si può coccolare con la piscina, l'idromassaggio, la sauna, la palestra e la buoniissima e varia colazione proposta tutti i giorni. L'albergo è situato in una bella zona residenziale a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino e a pochi passi dai giardino botanico.

Hotel Zima Meran
Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einer parkartigen Umgebung . Es wird von den Inhabern geführt mit viel Charme und Engagement . Das Zentrum von Meran ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen , auf ruhiger Strasse . Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und umfangreich . Es wird immer Kuchen und Brot aus eigener Küche angeboten und am Sonntag gibt es zus. "Prosecco".
