“We got there way later than the office hours and were given very easy instructions on where to find our keys to the room and car parking. The moment we arrived we were met with a staff member that was friendly and helped us check in even after the office was closed. They even gave us a map and showed us where the room was. The pools and rooms are clean and the AC worked perfectly. Only thing is we found 2 bed bugs on the bed the next morning but the hotel is so nice I brushed it off. Either way……

“Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area……
