"Start strong with the staff. I was traveling with my elderly mother and aunt. They brought me shower chair because the handicap/wheelchair room was not available even though I requested in reservation. The hotel smell musky, the lobby corners were dirty, the room had 2 full trash cans, previous guest food in mini fridge, there was lil papers, can tabs all around the beds, there was trash left on ledge of bathtub, and lip prints on the window. I believe the beds were the only thing clean in the room. The room had a musky, Smokey smell. However like I mentioned above I was traveling with my elderly family member. One with severe dementia and could not change hotels."

"Made a last minute reservation (2 hours before arrival) and the staff was very accommodating. The facilities and premesis was clean and tidy. Amenities were functional and helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much and would come back. Very reasonably priced and great location including highway access."

"They had cold cereal but no milk. Also no juice. Children apparently are not welcome, or adults who like milk with their cereal or to drink with their waffles. They had window shades witch blocked out most of the light from outside lights, but curtains are needed too. The outside lights reflected off a mirror on the wall which could have been remedied with curtains."
