“Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top……

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The instructions to get in are the clearest I’ve seen. There were sheets and blanket for the pull-out couch in the closet. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. There were straightforward instructions on checking out. The only thing is the second night there were folks riding up and down mass avenue blasting music. Not the fault of the accommodation at all and they provided ear plugs.”

“Location, location, location! This is a great spot that makes Indianapolis feel like a vibrant metropolis, with plenty of entertainment, dining, and shopping along the Mass Ave corridor. The bathroom is massive, the kitchen is beautiful, and the two-story windows fill the unit with natural light. The balcony is another great feature—perfect for people-watching and enjoying the late-night shenanigans at Goodfellas Pizza across the street. One important thing to know is that the queen-size bed……
