Very rude staff. Only suitable for 'local' people!
I arrived at this so called hotel which I had paid for via expedia. When I arrived there was nobody on reception, there were about 3 people in the restaurant. Eventually a man appeared behind the bar, so I approched him and told him I had a booking. When he finally stopped ignoring me he told me there was no booking, so I showed him my confirmation, he said no, no booking. After I was more persistent he said 'expedia finish and continued ignoring me, so I was forced to find alternative accomodation. I received an email from expedia the next day saying that 'the hotel was not available'and that I could stay at the hotel I'd been forced to go to would be paid for. I am still waiting yo hear from expedia and maybe it would help if the hotel owner of Svaty Hubert had actually let expedia know that they were not accepting expedia bookings anymore! This is simply bot good enough!

Přátelský hotel, vynikající poměr cena výkon
Ochotný personál, večer vynikající guláš, ráno skvělá snídaně, z pokoje krásný výhled, teplo v pokoji. Skvělý poměr cena/služba. Pokud nečekáte luxus a lokaje u dveří, naopak uvítáte trochu dobrodružství, pak skvělá volba.

Goede ligging, rest minder
Positief punt: het ontbijt en de ligging van het hotel. De rest was buitengewoon slecht. Erg gehorige kamers, slechte matrassen, personeel leek afwezig, kamer in een week niet schoongemaakt, geen nieuwe handdoeken, er werd gerookt in de keuken door het personeel. Achteraf gaf een mw. aan dat dit haar eerste week was in het hotel. Er valt nog veel te verbeteren!

Sehr günstiges Hotel mit schönem Ausblick
Wir erreichten das Hotel spät in der Nacht, Freunde, die früher ankamen hatten für uns den Schlüssel in Empfang genommen und in bar bezahlt. Dafür einen Dank an den Service, dass er da so flexibel war. Die Barzahlung konnte nicht quittiert werden und entsprach auch nicht ganz dem umgerechneten Euro - Betrag, war aber nicht bedeutend. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber in Ordnung: Brot Aufschnitt, Ei, Hagebuttentee und Kaffee, Joghurt und Müsli. Die sanitären Anlagen waren alt und zum Teil improvisiert. Aber es gab warmes Wasser und ausreichenden Wasserdruck. Die Heizung war schlecht zu regeln, an oder aus. Das kleine Zimmer ca. 3 m x 3 m war aber sehr schnell war, fast zu warm, so dass auch bei -12 Grad eine leichte Bettdecke reichte. Neben dem Doppelbett mit festen Matratzen war noch ein Tisch, ein Schrank und ein Waschbecken vorhanden. Das Zimmer hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Skigebiet. Parkmöglichkeinen am Haus: Vier Stellplätze, weiter etwas weiter am Straßenrand.

Das kann man nicht als Hotel bezeichnen!!!
Das ist kein Hotel sondern kann maximal als Jugendherberge angeboten werden.

Moje nejhorší zkušenost s ubytováním snadza cely život!!! Přijeli jsme do hotelu po 1000 km cestě, 9 dospělých a šestiměsíční miminko a hotel nam neuznal nasi rezervaci, kterou jsme zřídili 2 měsíce pred termínem pres sprostredkovatele Hotels.com! Bylo nam sděleno, ze jim je jedno, ze mame potvrzení o rezervaci pres někoho, ale jelikož od nich přímo jsme žádné potvrzení neobdrželi, tudíž rezervace neni platná! Takže v období pres nový rok jsme zůstali na ulici, hotel byl totiž pochopitelně plný! Náhradní ubytování jsme si sehnali s tim, ze paní provozní nam proplatí rozdíl v ceně, pochopitelně nic lacinejsiho sehnat pro takový počet lidi nebylo reálné, paní tedy nam poslala falešné potvrzení z banky, vyrobené doma na počítači o odeslání částky, kterou slíbila proplatit a peníze samozřejmě nedosly! Předali jsme to právnímu zástupci a bude se to tedy řešit po zlem. Jeste bych rada upozornila na společnost Hotels.com, která zajištuje ubytování v mnoha hotelech po celém světe, ze v momentě, kdy si pres ne rezervaci uděláte, souhlasíte s jejich obchodními podmínkami, které si POZORNĚ přečtěte! Nenese totiž tato společnost žádné následky za nic a neodpovídá za to, pokud v den příjezdu vam hotel rezervaci neumožní! Zkratka poperte se s tim, jak chcete.. To by bylo k mému hodnocení. Doufám, ze to někomu pomůže se nedostat do podobné situace.

Rezerwowalimy ten hotel na sylwestra 3miesiace przed. Tydzien przed przyjazdem otrzymalismy normalnie potwierdzenie o rezerwacji. Po przyjezdzie w hotelu powiedziano nam, nie maja potwierdzenia z hotels.com co bylo klamstwem i zostalismy na lodzie szukajac noclegu w Szpindlerowym Mlynie w sylwestra co wiazalo sie z bardzo duzymi kosztami. Generalnie sam hotel tragedia, remontu to on wymagal dwadziescia lat temu, pan z recepcji otrzymal wyzsza cene za nocleg jak mielismy w rezerwacji wiec klamal jak z nut, ze nie bylo takiej rezerwacji. Nikomu nie polecam!!!
