Best dock on the lake.
The house is awesome love the lay out of house. Really nice neighbor. The lake to me ranks the same as chickamauga. Most of everyone's time was spent on the dock. We will be back again.

A great home and location for a family reunion!
This was our second stay at Watts Bar Lake House since it worked so well for us the first time. The location on the lake is wonderful. We hosted two dinners for family at the lake house and every tool one might need was available. A great view, dock, large lawn and home to enjoy family. The owner offered excellent communication. He continues to make updates to this very comfortable and clean home. We hope to return!

Fantastic Family Getaway
This was our second stay and I can’t imagine a better property to suit our family’s needs. Plenty of space indoors and out. Gentle sloping lot to double dock with a beautiful view & wonderful swimming area. Our trip was made more memorable this year as our daughter got engaged on the dock. I highly recommend this property!

Our family vacation this year was bringing our personal boat to Watts Bar lake so I was searching for properties with lake access and a boat dock. This house was perfect for us and the dock was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the dock even when we weren’t out in the boat. As far as the host, he was amazing to work with. He and I spoke several times prior to the trip and he was helpful with pointers about the lake. He checked in with me on the trip down, made sure everything was good on arrival and was available for any questions during our stay. Check in and Check out was a snap and the times were very reasonable. The house itself was great too. It was clean, very well stocked with all the kitchen and grilling essentials. The bedrooms and bathroom arrangements worked very well for our family. You can tell it was an older home but they have done a great job renovating. The A/C did a great job keeping up with the hot and humid July weather in Tennessee. The huge kitchen table was great and chairs for 10 people. If you are considering this for a vacation I highly recommend it.

Great lakefront property for what we desire, water, sun, incredibly awesome dock, nearby Pickleball courts and Craft Beer, fire pit with seasoned firewood, grills, easy access to water, a screened in porch, patio, hot tub, wine cooler, plenty of parking and refrigerator space for 8 adults. We had our yearly family fishing trip. The dock here is incredible. Jason was amazing to deal with and responded quickly with anything we needed. We caught many fish included a very large Drum and Largemouth bass. Don't hesitate to book. Very well stocked also.

Property in process of upgrading. Needs to be upgraded. House smelled old. It would help if numerous remotes were marked for what and Wi-Fi password given in instructions. Instructions for using fireplaces. Neither one was used but would keep people from asking if instructions are included. Overall great stay for the money. I would return if military discount was applied.

Perfect Piece of Paradise!
We absolutely love staying at the Watts Bar Lake House! Everything about it is perfect. We bring our bass boat with us & having the covered dock is a bonus. The house is equipped with everything you need & then some. Jason is the best. He answers any & all questions immediately & always provides us with what we need. We’ve gotten to know the area & the neighbors are all super friendly. We highly recommend staying here. We already have our next trip booked!

Everything you need-great!
We enjoyed our stay immensely, and it was so good to have the family together again. It was a perfect place for us. We loved the boathouse (rented a boat from a nearby marina) and had a lovely evening around the fire pit. A most enjoyable stay. Jason was wonderful to communicate with us. Awesome Watts Bar Lake family getaway
The large dock or screen porch were our favorite hangouts! We had 3 kayaks that were easy to put in from this awesome new dock. We never left this VRBO, as there was so much to do! Plenty of space inside for our group of 9. Kids enjoyed the ping pong, fishing from the dock(we caught lots of sunfish), fire pit for s’mores and story telling, playing games on the dock, and swimming in October! Hope to be back in the next couple of years!!

This property was fantastic. Everything was well thought out for the lakehouse vacation. Plenty of bedrooms for our group and kitchen supplied with all your cooking Utensils, pans & dishes. The dock was a favorite hangout. Lots of room for our boat & waverunner and seating to just enjoy being right on the lake. Gentle, sloping yard to a quick walk to the dock. Private lot with trees on both sides and ample parking for multiple vehicles & trailers. Wonderful communication with Jason, the owner. You won’t be disappointed in this property!

Perfect lake-house in the perfect location.
First of all Jason, the host, was amazing to work with. So communicative and informative! More communication the better. Great job! House was great. Was able to swing the boat in the driveway for unloading and loading. Updates inside are wonderful especially the kitchen. Tons of countertop space for all ur stuff and the dining table is the perfect huge game table! Plenty of games, ping pong, and hot tub!. The dock! That dock was awesome. Took our bluetooth speaker down there everyday. For a renter, money well spent, host!! Wld love a couple loungers out there. Cant say enuf about this house and its location. Perfect Spot
We enjoyed our family vacation so much at this lake house. The Dock was beautiful and where we spent most of our time. The house had everything we needed and was located a short distance to anything we personally needed. Terrace Mariana is nice and the Staff is really friendly. We hope to plan another trip here next year.
